For 19 years, I competed as a fitness athlete — earning top rankings as an NPC bikini competitor before attaining pro status with the WNSO — all while simultaneously building a corporate career at companies like IBM, GlaxoSmithKline, and Unity Technologies. I know what it takes to perform at an elite level — on stage and in the office.

Then perimenopause hit. Brain fog during presentations. Fatigue that coffee couldn't fix. Weight changes despite doing "everything right." I didn't even know it was perimenopause at first — I thought I was failing.
