The Best Travel Workout You Can Do With No Equipment – Shoulders edition

When it comes to reaching your fitness goals, consistency is key. And while travel workouts are obviously great if you can fit them in, don’t stress if you can’t fit one in.

But there are so many benefits to staying active that are worth setting aside some time to train while traveling, including more energy and improved mood. Which is exactly why I’m here in Mexico getting my workout IN!

The shoulder workout that I did today is a perfect travel workout because it requires minimal equipment and space. It only took me about 20 minutes to complete and I felt amazing afterwards.

And although this is my travel workout for shoulders, you can do this anywhere! It’s also the perfect home workout too!

The Equipment:

  • Cordless Jumprope (do air jumps if you don’t have one)
  • Resistance Band (so light, travels easy. Perfect for a travel workout)

The Workout:

  • 1 Minute – Cordless or Air Jump Rope (do variations: regular, jacks, high knees and butt kicks)
  • 15 Reps – Resistance band Side lateral raises
  • 15 Reps – Resistance band Front Raises
  • 15 Reps (each arm) – One Arm Raises

**Do a total of 6 Rounds!
