Recipe: My Oatmeal Breakfast Awesomeness

For most people, eggs are a staple of their breakfast. But for me, not so much. Eggs and dairy completely mess my stomach up so I’ve had to search for other options. Now I realize there are LOTS of options out there, but I have another requirement…….mine needs to be low fat and moderate carbs as I follow a Macro Nutrient Plan.

I’m always having to tweak recipes just like I did the one that I’m about to share with you. I saw a version of this on tiktoc so I quickly went to work taking a few ingredients out and adding a few. The result! Pure deliciousness!

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal Breakfast Bake

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup unsweetened, plain Almond Milk

1/2 Medium Banana

1 Tbsp Honey

1 Tbsp Almond Butter

1/4 Cup Oatmeal (blended)

1/4 Cup Oatmeal

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Combine Almond Milk and the Banana
  • Smash the banana in the Almond milk
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix together
  • Put in an oven safe dish and bake for 18 minutes
